ELIGIBILITY:
National Guardsmen who have been called to active duty and/or have received a campaign medal will, in most cases, be eligible for VEC Services. Veterans who have received a Dishonorable Discharge are not eligible for veteran services. (Individuals who have only attended AIT /OBC, weekend drills, and summer drills do not qualify for this service.)
